"I bought a Signature Kitchen and did my whole house interior design renovation with Meridian in 2015, which is 2 years ago.
Recently, the metal bracket of the Kessebohmer pull-out basket came loose. I called Mr Lim from Meridian for assistance.
I didn't have to pay anything for this service.
I have not used other companies service before, so I can't compare. But to me, after sales service is important to ensure that I'm able to solve any problems which come up after the renovation.

I had trouble with the installation of the taps at my wet and dry kitchen.
I had called Mr Lim and Ms Jamie from Meridian Interior Design @ Signature Kitchen Subang for help.
They came and rectify the installation of the taps.
The payment for the repairing was waived.
This After Sales Service refelcts on reliability of the product and company. A quality service will brings more confidence towards the company and brand.
Yes, definitely! If we have a chance to buy a kitchen all over again, I would still choose Meridian.
Yes, I would recommend Meridian to my family and friends.

"I bought a Signature Kitchen in early 2016, around 1 year ago.
During the last few months of heavy rain, there was leakage at wall from the hood-ducting hole.
I had called Mr Lim and Naomi my Kitchen Planner from Signature Kitchen Subang for assistance.
They came and studied the problem. Then waterproofed the leakage area and replaced the affected cabinet parts.
I did not have to pay anything for this.
This After Sales Service is important because I have peace of mind knowing that there is support available.
Yes, definitely! If we have a chance to buy a kitchen all over again, I would still choose Meridian. We were very impressed with Mr Lim's sincerity, detailed explanations and prompt actions.

The problems I had was with the Blum hinges, reinforcement of the door and closet drawer.
To solve this problem, I called Ms. Lola Lim from Signature Kitchen Subang.
After spoken to her, Signature has been very responsive to arrange for repair of all the problems describe above. After sales service has been excellent!
For the repair, I only pay RM90 for the new Blum Hinges and for the door it is free.
For me, after sales service is important because the problem may come along the way as you use the kitchen and others. In Malaysia, after sales support has been worst except for foreign products.
If I have a chance to buy a new kitchen or do ID work all over again, I would still choose Meridian because of the good after sales service.
Definitely, would recommend Meridian to my family and friends."

“I first bought a Signature Kitchen in 2013 which is 3 years ago.
My sliding drawer railings came off causing the drawer to experience difficulty in sliding. Other than that, my sink faucet was loose at the base with the sink and I also had problems with a stubborn stain on my countertop.
Having those 3 problems, I decided to call Mr. Lim from Meridian to help solve my kitchen problems.
Mr. Lim dropped by to reinstall the railings and taught me how it can be reconnected. As for the tap issue, Mr. Lim has sent a technician to strengthen the tap connection at the underside of the sink. For my last issue, the workers came to polish back my countertop.
Surprisingly, the fixing cost is free.
I have used other carpenters before and they were lack of after sales service.
After sales service is important to me because it is critical to ensure that your company remains competitive.
if I have the chance to buy a kitchen or ID work all over again, I would still choose Meridian.
I would definitely recommend Meridian to my family and friends.
