Design for Puchong Utama, Selangor

I'm happy to share another interesting project that I'm very sure modern rustic fans will be very excited. Before that, many thanks to Jennifer Soo, lady owner of this terrace corner unit at Puchong UtamaSelangor for giving full cooperation to our interior designer, Lee Yang.

The lady owner shared her preference for us to use as a guideline for designing and decorating her unit. She told our designer that she adores the color of young fresh turquoise, it is such a vibrant color that will add a fresh hip vibe into your home.

The Bedroom

This is the main bedroom, a mixture of modern and rustic elements. The white rustic cabinets compliment the modern queen bed. Elegance black decorative features wall with vase display as decorations to the room.

The Wardrobe Design

The open wardrobe brings the modern touch into the room with its sleek simple look. This type of wardrobe also known as the walk-in wardrobe which means there is no doors attach to it.

  1. Hi... what was the estimated budget needed for this project. I like this concept but need to gauge the budget required for it in advance. Thanks.

    1. Hi Leen Isme,
Above job costs RM200,000 because the customer ordered a lot of cabinets and imported oak kitchen.

However, the cost can be reduce by RM30,000 if customer choose local boards instead of imported oak FOR KITCHEN.
